Get to know us
We arrange an introductory ‘meeting’ on the phone or via a video call. Tell us what you’re interested in, what you’re passionate about and what you’re looking for. We listen to everything you say and suggest a project or a position in line with your needs.
Explore opportunities
We send your profile to the client, together with our own assessment. As soon as we’ve received positive feedback from the customer, we arrange an appointment with our sales team to go over the details. Once we’ve discussed everything, we make you a proposal for the job that fits you and your skills perfectly. We then arrange a meeting where the different parties can get to know one another. It goes without saying that we prepare you as much as we can for this meeting, giving you useful tips and background information about the company.

Once we’ve negotiated all the conditions, we confirm everything in a contract. Your working hours, place of work and salary need to be agreed by all parties.

What does the recruitment service cost?
No. Of course you don't pay anything for the job search. If you are successfully hired by a company, we receive a commission from the company. This is structured fairly and is communicated transparently.
I don’t match all the requirements. Can I still apply ?
We know from practical experience that there are inhibitions when it comes to skills and educational qualifications. For us, people take centre stage. We want to know what you have ‘up your sleeve’, not just the bullet points on your CV. That's why we always conduct personal interviews to get to know you before we send your CV to clients. Are you interested in a position but don't fulfil all the requirements? Write to us anyway and we will advise you.
Is the application process anonymous? Do I know which company I’m applying to?
Unlike large recruitment agencies, we play our cards close to our chests and still maintain the discretion of our clients. No information ever reaches the ‘outside world’, but among ourselves we speak openly and transparently. With us, you know who you are applying to.
I find application processes extremely stressful. Do you provide support?
We make the application process as pleasant as possible and coach you through every step. That's why we prepare you for the company in the best possible way and are also there to support you at all interviews.
I’ve only recently become a freelancer and haven’t had a project yet. Can I still apply?
