How long does it take to search for candidates?
Between a few days and a few weeks. For niche technologies, the search can take a little longer.
How detailed do the technical specifications need to be?
We work with very precise job advertisements to ensure the best possible match. We develop the requirements together with our customers. So if you don't yet know 100% who you are actually looking for, it doesn't matter. We'll get you there safely.
Do all candidates have a valid work permit?
Our candidates have different work permit statuses. We advise clients on the topic of work permits for IT specialists.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
